Transitioning to High School

The process of best preparing for high school has begun. Yesterday 30 students visited Queechy High to participate in a STEM challenge. We mixed with Punchbowl, Glen Dhu, Youngtown and Waverley Primary students as well as grade 9 leaders for this visit.

Kings Meadows High will have their 'Challenge Day' on Thursday September 3rd. Students from Punchbowl, Youngtown, Glen Dhu and Norwood will be present on this day. Typically this event has been held in term 2, but not this year. On Thursday September 7th, a Parent Information Evening (5:30pm via Teams) will discuss course selection for 2021 among other things.

All families should have indicated to a high school their intention to enrol.
