OHST Fissure Sealant and Fluoride Varnish Dental Program
Unfortunately this years Fissure Sealant Program has been cancelled.
Message from Oral Health Services Tasmania:
'We are experiencing some serious staff capacity issues in the Northern region, and we simply do not have a clinician to now come out to deliver the program, as well as experiencing long delays in being able to book in students for their follow up treatments in our clinics. We thank you for understanding this was a difficult decision to make.
As always, we do have a priority referral pathway for any students identified experiencing pain and serious dental issues - this program is called Lift the Lip, and is facilitated by your School Health Nurse, directly to our local teams to provide bookings for care in those circumstances.
