From the Principal
Dear Families
What a wonderful time was had by our 5-6 students and staff on their extended day excursion. Thank you to families for having children well organised and well-rested for this day as this is essential for students to get the most value of the event. A big thank you also to our staff who spent many hours organising the preparation work that goes into this, and also for being prepared to give time additional to your work hours for the benefit of our students.

There is a great deal of excitement in regards to our upcoming Winterfest this Friday...a time of the year when we don't see a lot of community events happening. I would like to take this opportunity to give a huge 'shout out' to the School Association and the extended Winterfest Committee for the extreme amount of work that has gone into this event. They are now currently working on a 'wet weather' plan in case of rain at the time of the event so don't be put off by the weather.
So....tell your extended family and your friends, pull out your warm attire, raincoats, umbrellas etc. and come along and join us for a wonderful evening!
A reminder that reports will be coming home at the end of next week with two-three way conversations being held during weeks 10 and 11 for P-6 and weeks 9 and 10 for Kindergarten families. Mrs Allira Hayes will also be undertaking her class conversations during weeks 9 and 10.
Kind regards,
Karen
