Early Childhood Wellbeing Program
We are continuing to focus on different strategies we can use to regulate in the Early Childhood Wellbeing program. So far we have tested different ways we can up regulate and down regulate. When we up regulate, we do things that speed our body up, for example having a run outside or doing some Just Dance. When we down regulate, we slow our bodies down by doing things like yoga, mindful breathing or colouring. We have talked about which strategies work best for us and know we only need to take about 3 minutes using the strategy.
