Swimming and Water Safety

Starts Monday 19th September - Finishes on Friday 30th September (last two weeks of term). The following times are to be confirmed.

Please ensure your child/ren are suitably prepared for the pool with their bathers, towel, goggles (can be worn at certain stages in the program), warm school clothes as well as an extra plastic bag for wet clothes. Swimming caps are provided by the school for all students.

The SWSP is a crucial part of HPE curriculum and an excellent opportunity for all students to improve their swimming skills, boat safety knowledge as well as overall confidence in aquatic environments. The program is beneficial for all students, no matter their previous experience in the pool.

Every day at the pool with our Swimming teachers makes a difference!

Grade 3's from 2-3A, 2-3B and 5's from 5-6C are permitted to wear their bathers under their school uniform. All other classes must come to school in normal school uniform and will get changed at the pool.

PLEASE NOTE: 5's from 5-6A, 5-6B & invited Gr 6's will be unable to order lunch from the school canteen.
